Seller Terms

These Seller Terms supplement the Marketplace Terms for Sellers.

1. Eligibility and verification

Seller listing and transaction access is conditional on ongoing approval. Provide current identity, business, ownership, address, banking, licence and compliance documents requested by TabAir.

2. Authority and title

You warrant that you own the item or are authorised to sell it, that it is free of undisclosed liens, and that the sale and export are lawful.

3. Listing accuracy

Provide accurate product identity, serial and part number, quantity, condition, location, price, lead time, photographs and certificates. Disclose known damage, alteration, missing records, restrictions and material defects.

4. Documents and certification

Do not make an airworthiness or certification claim unless supported by authentic, current records issued by an authorised source. Preserve originals and provide them for inspection where agreed.

5. Payment and fees

Buyer product payments are made directly to you under the agreed transaction terms. You must provide secure, accurate payment instructions through the private Seller–Admin workflow and independently protect against fraud. You owe TabAir an 8% Seller platform fee when due.

6. Seller Pro and paid features

• Seller Pro is an optional paid plan providing the features stated at checkout, which may include an increased or unlimited listing allowance for a stated subscription period. The price, currency, taxes, processor charges and plan duration displayed at checkout control.
• Unless checkout expressly states that automatic renewal applies, Seller Pro is a one-time purchase for a 12-month access period and does not renew automatically. On expiry, existing records or listings are not automatically deleted, but the ability to create or manage additional listings may return to the then-current free-plan limits until renewed.
• Seller Pro does not guarantee account approval, a trust or verification badge, search ranking, product approval, enquiries, leads, transactions or sales. TabAir may still review, restrict or remove listings and accounts under the Marketplace Terms.
• A pending checkout may be cancelled before payment. After activation, Seller Pro charges are generally non-refundable except for duplicate charges, proven billing errors or where mandatory law requires otherwise. Payment processors may apply their own terms.

7. Fulfilment and disputes

Package and deliver as agreed, comply with dangerous-goods and export rules, provide tracking and cooperate with reasonable discrepancy investigations. Refunds or remedies are your responsibility where required by the agreed terms or mandatory law.

8. No circumvention

Do not use a TabAir introduction or transaction information to avoid the platform workflow or fees.
