Commercial aircraft in an aviation hangar

TabAir for Sellers

Turn inventory into structured demand.

TabAir connects sellers of aviation parts with buyers through a moderated B2B marketplace. You list what you own or are legally authorized to sell, respond to enquiries through TabAir, and manage deals, fees, and shipments from one seller workspace — after approval.

The reality

Why informal selling breaks down

Many sellers already have stock. The hard part is consistent demand handling: incomplete RFQs, missing documents, payment confusion, and no shared status after a deal is agreed. TabAir is built to make that commercial path cleaner.

  • Enquiries without structure

Buyers ask for parts across channels. Without a marketplace desk, your team wastes time reconstructing context for every quote.

  • Deal status gets fuzzy

After verbal agreement, fee status, buyer payment confirmation, and shipment readiness often live in different inboxes.

  • Listing quality is hard to enforce

Serious buyers need accurate condition, documentation, and availability. TabAir reviews products before they go live.

Why TabAir

Why sellers join TabAir

TabAir is not just a bulletin board. It is an operating system for seller-side marketplace work: approved listings, kicked-off enquiries, messages, deals & payments, and shipments.

  • Reach buyers who enquire properly

Buyers can enquire on your listings or come through TabAir procurement workflows. You engage once Admin opens the conversation path.

  • List with marketplace standards

Submit products with condition, documentation, and availability details. Pending approvals help keep catalogue quality higher for everyone.

  • Work deals in one hub

After TabAir closes a deal, your Deals & payments view shows buyer payment status, your platform fee, and what action is still needed.

  • Ship with clearer gates

Shipment submission and tracking live in Shipments, with marketplace checks so fulfilment starts at the right commercial stage.

Fit

Who should apply as a seller

Sellers on TabAir are businesses that can stand behind inventory authenticity, documentation, and fulfilment — not anonymous posters.

A strong fit if you

  • Companies that own aviation inventory or have clear legal authority to sell it
  • Suppliers who can provide accurate condition, traceability, and supporting documents
  • Teams ready to respond to marketplace enquiries through TabAir messaging
  • Sellers who can complete platform fee and shipment steps after a deal is confirmed

Not a fit if you

  • Anyone listing stock they cannot legally sell or represent
  • Sellers unwilling to complete marketplace verification / approval
  • Businesses that only want anonymous lead dumps with no process

Process

How selling works on TabAir — end to end

From application to delivery, here is the real seller path on the platform.

  1. 01

    Apply and wait for approval

Submit the seller application with your business details. TabAir reviews sellers before full marketplace access. Until approved, you stay in a pending state.

  2. 02

    List products carefully

Add inventory with honest condition, certifications, photos, and availability. Listings go through pending approval before they appear live to buyers.

  3. 03

    Receive and answer enquiries

When a buyer enquires and Admin kicks off the conversation, you work New Quotes / Messages. Keep responses professional and document-backed.

  4. 04

    Close commercially with TabAir

When terms are agreed, TabAir shares payment details and creates the deal. You will see platform fee obligations and buyer payment progress in Deals & payments.

  5. 05

    Pay fees, then ship

Complete your platform fee when due. After commercial gates are met, submit tracking/documents in Shipments and keep the order moving to delivery.

Workspace

What you get in the seller workspace

Once approved, your sidebar is built for daily commercial operations — not vanity pages.

  • Dashboard

See listings, new enquiries, deal progress, and plan status so you know what needs attention today.

  • My Products / Add Product

Manage your catalogue, add new stock, and follow approval outcomes for each listing.

  • New Quotes & Messages

Respond to kicked-off enquiries and keep a clean thread with TabAir and the buyer side of the deal.

  • Deals & payments

Track every confirmed deal: buyer payment status, your platform fee, and action filters for what still needs you.

  • Shipments

Submit courier details, tracking, and documents when fulfilment is ready, then follow progress to delivery.

  • Subscription & Profile

Manage seller plan limits (for example Free vs Pro listing capacity) and keep your company profile current.

Clarity

Seller responsibilities on TabAir

Marketplace trust depends on what you publish and how you fulfil. TabAir provides process; you provide accurate inventory and reliable execution.

  • You must ensure

Legal authority to sell, truthful listing data, correct condition/documentation claims, and fulfilment of accepted commercial commitments.

  • TabAir provides

Buyer introductions through marketplace workflows, moderated messaging after kickoff, deal/fee tooling, and shipment status surfaces.

  • Important

TabAir does not take over your title to stock or certify airworthiness. Buyers still perform their own due diligence on documents and suitability.

FAQ

Common seller questions

How long does approval take?
Timing depends on review volume and the completeness of your application. You will see a pending state until TabAir approves your seller account.
Can I list unlimited products?
Listing capacity depends on your seller plan. Free plans may have a listing cap; Pro unlocks higher capacity. Check Subscription in your workspace after approval.
When do I talk to the buyer?
Enquiry conversations are opened through TabAir’s kickoff and messaging workflow. That keeps commercial context inside the marketplace.
What fees apply?
When a deal is closed, TabAir may charge a platform fee to the seller/agent side as well as the buyer side. Exact amounts appear on the deal’s fee cards and in Deals & payments.
Who ships the part?
By default many deals use seller shipment after commercial gates. Some deals may use Admin pickup or buyer-arranged collection. Your Shipments desk shows what is required for each deal.
