Agent Terms and Commission Policy

These Agent Terms supplement the Marketplace Terms for Agents introducing or representing inventory opportunities.

1. Role

An Agent may introduce inventory, list an item it is authorised to represent, respond to eligible opportunities and communicate with TabAir. An Agent does not become the owner of inventory merely by listing it and must accurately identify its authority and relationship to the product.

An Agent may act for its own authorised inventory or introduce or represent an independent seller. Where an independent seller is identified as the supplier, that seller鈥攏ot the Agent or TabAir鈥攊s the product-sale counterparty. An Agent is the supplier or authorised payee only where the accepted transaction record expressly says so.

2. Mandate and information

Provide evidence of authority when requested. Do not reveal a principal鈥檚 confidential identity without permission, but do not conceal information required for compliance, title, sanctions or transaction verification from TabAir.

3. Product obligations

An Agent must ensure listing information and documents are accurate and must not make unsupported claims about ownership, availability, condition, certification or airworthiness.

4. Commission

Agent commission is deal-specific, is confirmed by TabAir in writing, and is paid by TabAir. Unless expressly agreed, no fixed percentage applies. Commission is conditional on a completed qualifying transaction, compliance, receipt of amounts due and no fraud, reversal or material dispute.

Agent commission is separate from the product purchase price. The Buyer pays the identified supplier directly unless a written transaction record expressly provides otherwise. The Agent must not collect money for another supplier without documented authority.

5. Expenses and taxes

The Agent bears its own costs and is responsible for taxes, registrations and reporting associated with commission.

6. No authority to bind

An Agent has no authority to bind TabAir, make warranties for TabAir, collect TabAir fees, represent that TabAir guarantees a product, or appoint a sub-agent without written consent.

7. Confidentiality and non-circumvention

Use opportunity and counterparty information only for the authorised transaction. Do not disclose it to other Agents or use it to bypass TabAir.
