What is TabAir?
TabAir is a Singapore-registered global B2B aviation-parts marketplace that facilitates discovery, introductions, structured communication, and marketplace workflows between Buyers, Sellers, and sourcing Agents.
Is TabAir the Seller?
No. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, TabAir is not the buyer, seller, supplier, manufacturer, distributor, freight forwarder, inspector, or certifier of listed products.
Does TabAir verify Sellers, Agents, listings, or documents?
TabAir may conduct discretionary, risk-based account, listing, and document checks. These checks are not certification, endorsement, independent verification, or a guarantee. Participants must conduct their own due diligence.
Does TabAir certify airworthiness or installation suitability?
No. TabAir does not inspect, test, certify, authenticate, or determine the airworthiness, regulatory status, or installation suitability of any part. Those decisions must be made by the buyer and appropriately qualified aviation professionals.
Who is responsible for product information?
The Seller or Agent providing the listing is responsible for its accuracy, lawful authority, condition descriptions, availability, documentation, and other product information.
Who handles payment, inspection, shipping, customs, and insurance?
The transaction participants and their chosen independent service providers are responsible for these activities. TabAir may provide workflow and status tools but does not guarantee their performance.
Can transactions be international?
Yes, where legally permitted. Participants remain responsible for sanctions, export controls, import requirements, permits, taxes, customs, end-use restrictions, and local laws.
What happens if TabAir identifies a concern?
TabAir may request additional information, restrict a listing, suspend an account, pause marketplace activity, or take other measures permitted under its policies. Such action does not transfer the participant’s legal responsibilities to TabAir.
