Marketplace Rules and Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect marketplace participants and supplement the Marketplace Terms.
1. Accurate identity and authority
Use your true identity and authorised business details. Do not impersonate another person, conceal beneficial ownership, share accounts, falsify approval status or submit documents without authority.
2. Honest listings and communications
Do not misstate ownership, inventory, condition, certification, origin, serial numbers, price, availability, lead time or transaction status. Do not manipulate images or records to conceal defects or inconsistencies.
3. Platform-managed communications
Do not use the platform to bypass TabAir鈥檚 communications workflow, evade platform fees, divert an introduced counterparty, solicit confidential contact information, or pressure a party to transact outside agreed records.
4. Security and technical use
Do not scrape, reverse engineer, probe, overload, automate access without permission, introduce malware, intercept data, misuse APIs or attempt to access another role鈥檚 messages, documents or payment information.
5. Respectful conduct
No threats, harassment, discrimination, spam, abusive content or unlawful material. Communications must remain relevant to legitimate aviation sourcing and transactions.
6. Enforcement
TabAir may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence and report suspected unlawful activity. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent termination and loss of unpaid benefits to the extent permitted by law.
