Effective date: 6 August 2026
Status: Published
Users must comply with all laws governing aviation goods, dual-use items, military items, sanctions, export controls, customs and dangerous goods.
1. Prohibited listings
- No stolen, counterfeit, fraudulently documented, illegally obtained, embargoed or recalled item may be listed.
- No weapon, munition, explosive, military or defence article, controlled technical data, hazardous material, restricted chemical, surveillance item or other controlled good may be listed without prior written approval from TabAir and evidence that the transaction is lawful for every relevant jurisdiction.
- No item may be offered where title, authority to sell, traceability or legally required documentation cannot be reasonably demonstrated.
2. Sanctions
Users must not transact with sanctioned persons, entities, vessels, aircraft, territories or end users, or structure a transaction to conceal them. Users must provide end-use, end-user and destination information when requested.
3. Licences and classifications
The responsible Buyer and supplier must determine classification, licence requirements, origin, value, destination, end use and filing obligations. TabAir may request evidence but does not provide an export-control determination.
4. Dangerous goods and shipping
Batteries, chemicals, compressed gases and other dangerous goods require accurate classification, compliant packaging, labels, documentation and an authorised carrier.
5. Screening and holds
TabAir may screen parties and transactions, pause communications, refuse a listing, request documents, disclose information to competent authorities, or cancel marketplace support where legal or safety concerns arise.
6. Reporting
Report a suspected restricted or unlawful listing to support@tabairtrade.com.
