Buyer Terms
Draft date: 30 July 2026
Effective date: 6 August 2026
Status: Published
These Buyer Terms supplement the Marketplace Terms for Buyers.
1. Buyer responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, intended use, destination, quantities, part numbers, acceptable alternatives, condition and documentation requirements.
- Independently verify the supplier, product, title, authenticity, traceability, condition, certification, compatibility, regulatory acceptability and airworthiness before payment, installation or use.
- Ensure that the purchase, import, end use and onward transfer are lawful and that required licences, duties and taxes are handled.
2. Communications and offers
Communicate through TabAir Admin. A quotation or availability statement is not binding until Buyer and supplier accept the final terms. Do not rely on informal statements omitted from the final record.
3. Payment
Pay the product price directly to the Seller or Agent only after independently verifying payment instructions. Pay TabAir鈥檚 8% Buyer platform fee separately when due. TabAir does not hold the product price or guarantee recovery.
4. Delivery and inspection
Agree shipping responsibility and risk terms before payment. Inspect promptly, preserve evidence and report discrepancies as soon as possible, preferably within three business days.
5. Product disputes
Claims for refund, replacement, shortage, damage, non-conformity or title are against the supplier under the agreed transaction terms. TabAir may facilitate communications but does not guarantee a remedy.
