This Cookie Policy explains how TabAir uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit https://www.tabairtrade.com and use related marketplace services.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files placed on your browser or device. Similar technologies (such as local storage) may also be used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the platform, and understand how the site is used.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• operate core marketplace features, including sign-in and secure sessions
• remember settings where enabled
• maintain security and prevent abuse
• understand site performance and improve the platform

Some cookies are essential for the site to work. Others help us operate and improve TabAir. If you block certain cookies in your browser, parts of the site (including sign-in) may not work properly.

3. Analytics

When you Accept analytics cookies, TabAir may use analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns (for example, pages visited and technical performance). This helps us keep the marketplace reliable and improve the experience for Buyers, Sellers, and Agents.

These tools may set or read cookies or similar identifiers. We do not use analytics to sell your personal data. If you Reject analytics cookies, we do not load those tools.

4. Technologies currently used

• Essential authentication and security: Supabase session cookies (commonly named with an `sb-` prefix and `auth-token`), short-lived portal and password-recovery cookies, and restricted staff-session cookies. Their duration depends on the session or security purpose; deleting them may sign you out or interrupt a recovery flow.
• Consent preference: TabAir stores your analytics choice in browser local storage so the banner remains dismissed and your choice can be applied on later visits. It remains until you change it, clear browser storage or the preference format is replaced.
• Optional analytics: after you select Accept, Google Analytics may set identifiers such as `_ga` and `_ga_*`. Google controls the precise duration and may change it; these identifiers are commonly configured for up to two years. TabAir enables IP anonymisation where supported.
• Security and reliability telemetry: server logs and privacy-filtered error or performance reports may be processed to secure and maintain the service. These do not depend on accepting optional analytics cookies.

TabAir does not use cookie consent to authorise payment transfers, marketplace contracts or disclosure of private payment instructions.

5. Your choices

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Clearing cookies may sign you out or reset preferences.

When you first visit TabAir, a short notice asks you to Accept or Reject analytics cookies:

• Accept — we may use analytics cookies (for example Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic and improve the marketplace.
• Reject — we keep essential cookies needed for the site to work (such as sign-in and security). Analytics cookies are not used.
