Data Rights Request Procedure

This procedure explains how individuals may exercise privacy rights with TabAir.

1. Submit a request

Email support@tabairtrade.com with the subject “Data Rights Request”. State your name, account email, relationship to TabAir, country, the right requested and sufficient detail to locate the data. Do not email passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

2. Verification

TabAir may request proportionate proof of identity or authority. Requests by representatives require evidence of authority. Verification data will be used only to process and secure the request.

3. Available requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent or information about use and disclosure.

4. Response

TabAir will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. Complex or numerous requests may take longer where the law permits, and we will explain the extension.

5. Limitations

We may withhold or redact data to protect others, legal privilege, security, confidential commercial information, fraud prevention, legal claims or mandatory retention. We will explain a refusal where permitted.

6. Complaints

You may first contact the Data Protection Officer. You may also complain to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission or the competent authority in your jurisdiction.
