Before there is a deal
The agent account has to be approved, with the identity and business information TabAir asks for. The agent needs a real lane: a part family or a relationship they are allowed to use. A first login is not the first deal.
Commission is not running in the background. Nothing is earned for the application, for a listing, or for an introduction that never qualifies.
The requirement comes first
A usable first transaction starts with a written need: part number, quantity, condition, documents, destination, and timing. The agent repeats that back before calling anyone. If the need is still vague, the agent says so.
The agent then confirms a specific unit with the party who controls it, including whether the agent may offer it and which documents will be sent. “I think they have one” is not this step.

The record has to name the roles
The offer goes through the managed workflow with the condition and the files. The buyer’s side does its own technical and quality acceptance. If they proceed, the transaction record names the buyer, the actual supplier, the agent’s role, and who may be paid.
The buyer pays the product price to that supplier, after checking the payment instructions. The agent does not collect the product price unless the record expressly authorises it. Any commission is a separate written confirmation from TabAir, and only if the deal qualifies.
After the shipment
The agent keeps the story consistent if a document or a discrepancy question arrives. Disappearing is how a first deal becomes a dispute. There is no spotlight profile attached to this description, because the point is the sequence, not a fictional closer.
If your first real enquiry stops at a missing document or a buyer who says no, that is still a completed piece of professional work. It is not yet a qualifying transaction, and it should not be described as one.

There is no named agent in this description, and no earnings figure. The point is the sequence. A composite closer would be a story, not a record.
Roles, then money, then the file after shipment

Work as an agent
Introduce real availability through a managed workflow
Apply as an agent when you can represent availability with authority and accurate records. Commission is confirmed in writing for a qualifying deal. Registration alone does not earn it.
