How TabAir Reviews Sellers and Agents Before They Transact

Review is how TabAir decides whether a business may use the marketplace. It is not a certificate that their parts are airworthy or that a buyer may skip inspection.

The useful check is whether the article and the file describe the same thing.

Access is conditional

Seller listing and transaction access stays subject to approval. TabAir can ask for current identity, business, ownership, address, banking, licence, and compliance documents. Agents can be asked for evidence of authority and must not misstate ownership, availability, condition, certification, or airworthiness.

An incomplete or inconsistent file is a reason to pause access. Approval can also be revisited. It is not a permanent badge that survives a change in ownership or a pattern of bad listings.

What the review is for

The review gives the marketplace a basis to know who is speaking, which business will stand behind a listing, and whether obvious eligibility problems are visible before a buyer relies on the account. It supports sanctions, fraud, and marketplace-rule checks.

Buyers still receive offers from independent businesses. The supplier in the transaction record remains the contracting party for the product. TabAir does not become the seller because it reviewed the account.

What the review does not do

It does not inspect every unit, test every certificate, approve an installation, or replace the buyer’s quality system. It does not make TabAir a repair station, a CAMO, or an aviation authority.

A paid seller plan, where one is offered, does not buy approval, a verification badge, search rank, or a sale. Listings can still be restricted or removed.

What buyers and sellers should do with it

Buyers should treat a reviewed account as a cleaner starting point and still match the article to the documents. Sellers and agents should send current documents and then list only what those documents and the stock can support.

If a listing and the later message disagree, believe the disagreement. Report it through the platform rather than negotiating past it in a side channel.

Report the mismatch through the platform rather than negotiating past it in a side channel. The record is the point of the review. A side chat throws it away.

Approval is not a badge you add to a thin offer. It is permission to participate, conditional on the account remaining accurate. A change of ownership or a pattern of bad listings is a reason for that permission to be looked at again.
