Three different payments
The product price is paid by the buyer to the supplier named in the transaction record, unless a written record says otherwise. TabAir does not hold that price in escrow.
The published platform fee is separate. On the current terms it is 8% of the applicable transaction value from the buyer and 8% from the seller, plus any taxes or payment-provider charges. Agent commission is a third thing: an amount TabAir confirms in writing and pays to the agent when the deal qualifies.
Nothing is earned at registration
Opening an agent account, submitting a lead, or listing an item does not create a commission. The agent terms say commission is conditional on a completed qualifying transaction, compliance, receipt of amounts due, and the absence of fraud, reversal, or a material dispute.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, no fixed percentage applies. If someone tells you there is a universal agent rate, ask to see it in the deal confirmation. A screen default or a conversation is not that confirmation.

The role has to be clean
The final record should identify the buyer, the actual supplier, the agent’s role, and the authorised payee. An agent who cannot explain that chain should not expect the commercial team to invent it after the money moves.
You bear your own costs. Travel, calls, and time spent on deals that die are yours. You are also responsible for your own taxes, registrations, and reporting on any commission you do receive.
Read the deal before you rely on it
Ask, before you invest serious time, how this deal’s commission will be confirmed and what “qualifying” means for it. Do that in the workflow, not in a side message you cannot retrieve.

Keep the three payments apart
The buyer pays the product price to the supplier named in the transaction record. TabAir does not hold that price in escrow. The published platform fee is separate: on the current terms, 8% of the applicable transaction value from the buyer and 8% from the seller, plus any taxes or payment-provider charges.
Agent commission is the third payment. TabAir confirms it in writing for the deal and pays it when the deal qualifies. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, no fixed percentage applies. A screen default or a conversation is not that confirmation.
Nothing is earned by opening an account, submitting a lead, or listing an item. The agent terms also condition commission on compliance, receipt of the amounts it depends on, and the absence of fraud, reversal, or a material dispute.
Ask how this deal will qualify before you spend the week
Before you invest serious time, ask how commission will be confirmed and what 'qualifying' means for this transaction. Do it in the workflow, where you can retrieve it. A side message is a weak place to keep the only sentence your invoice depends on.
Your travel, calls, and time on deals that die are your costs. They are not reimbursed because you are an agent. Tax and reporting on commission you do receive are also yours. A payment is not a statement that the amount is profit.

Work as an agent
Introduce real availability through a managed workflow
Apply as an agent when you can represent availability with authority and accurate records. Commission is confirmed in writing for a qualifying deal. Registration alone does not earn it.
