FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

How TabAir works, what it charges, and what stays with you.

What is TabAir?+

TabAir is a Singapore marketplace for aviation parts. Buyers, sellers, and agents use it to find stock, send enquiries, and keep a clear record of the deal.

Is TabAir the seller?+

No, unless a written agreement says otherwise. The supplier named on the deal sells the part. TabAir runs the marketplace around that sale.

Does TabAir verify sellers, listings, or documents?+

TabAir reviews accounts and listings before they go live, and may ask for documents. That review is not a certificate, a guarantee, or a substitute for your own checks.

Does TabAir certify airworthiness?+

No. TabAir does not inspect or certify parts, and it does not decide whether a unit is fit to install. The buyer’s qualified people do that.

Who is responsible for product information?+

The seller or agent who listed the item. They must describe condition, stock, and documents honestly.

Who handles payment, shipping, and customs?+

The parties on the deal, and the carriers or banks they choose. Product payment goes to the named supplier. TabAir’s own fee is separate.

What are TabAir’s fees?+

The standard platform fee is 8% from the buyer and 8% from the seller, on the recorded deal value. You see the amount on that deal before you pay.

Can deals be international?+

Yes, when the law allows. Each party still handles licences, export controls, import rules, and taxes that apply to them.
